Pole Fitness - Beginner

Pole Fitness is a great class to strengthen your upper body & core strength. In these classes, we work on tricks & holds & sometimes we venture into a little dance to put all of our learned skills into. Please note, these classes are NOT INCLUDED in our regular gym memberships & you DO NOT need to be a gym member if you would like to do Pole Fitness - these classes are a separate fee & require a Pole Fitness form to be filled out in order to participate - please email or visit our desk if you would like to sign up for these classes.
To cancel a booking, please do so with at least 8 hours notice so that someone else has time to grab the spot. To cancel, log on to your profile on our website and go into 'My Bookings' to select the class you wish to cancel. The click CANCEL/RESCHEDULE on the right hand side. If you fail to give us sufficient notice &/or do not turn up for your booked class, we have put into place an error system - if you receive three errors (don't turn up/fail to cancel three times) then you will be notified that you can no longer book classes with us. This has been put into place to make it fair for everyone who is eager to get back to our classes. We hope you can understand.
