Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX is a suspension training bodyweight exercise which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The only form of equipment it requires is a TRX suspension trainer. The best thing about TRX is that you're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
