Here at the Highlands Health Club, we pride ourselves on providing our clients with the best trainers, diverse gym facilities & challenging classes. The Highlands Health Club offers a wide variety of classes & programming to assist you in becoming the best you can be physically & mentally. We offer Personal Training, Mindset Coaching & Nutrition Coaching to get you on the right track & keep you there. We also offer Rehabilitation Programming to guide you through your second & third phase of the rehabilitation process. The Highlands Health Club also works closely with Allied Health Professionals & local sporting clubs as we believe in the importance of implementing health & wellbeing into our community & culture, helping to improve in any way we can.
Our gym is fully air conditioned, always clean & surrounded with windows that allows us access to natural light all day long! Our gym is fully equipped with state of the art Synergy pin-loaded equipment, we have separate rooms for aerobics, cardio, weights training & cycling, & separate Men's & Women's bathrooms with showers. The Highlands Health Club also has a defibrillator on site.
Because the Highlands Health Club is very family orientated, we often get a team together to enter local, & non-local, events such as The Bloody Long Walk, Spartan, Tough Mudder, Raw Challenge, Walk for Brain Cancer, Tough Bloke Challenge, Roc Race, & Southern Highlands Challenge, to name a few! We encourage all members interested to sign up to these challenges & join us for an unforgettable fitness experience!
